Who originally built this, what railroad was it built for, who rebuilt it and what is the new model designation for it and what was the original one too. (model designation being E8 or F3).
 
It is an ex ATSF bookend scheme painted SW9.
EMD SSB1200
I believe that ATSF did the rebuilding, but I might be wrong.
They were traded to Amtrak for SDp40s or something like that.

Sister unit: currently #663

Both locos are F3 A-units.

Edit: I'm not sure that #663 has been painted from CNJ #57 yet.
