Ground level tram track

I am looking for some tram track that is already set for the railheads to be level with the ground. I need it to be 6.4 meters to the wire. I like the track Motorman1066 made, is there an easy way to have it lowered .3 automatically?

Motormans Tram Track can be lowered as much as you want at each Spline point, but don't use the "smooth track" function after lowering it, or the the ground will be lowered again,I have used the track on made streets & roads, as well as on bare ground and adding side walks and suitable road textures making my own roads with tram tracks set down in the ground.
