Graphics

Hi folks. I don't know if anyone has posted this question before. I was wondering how many people are running Trainz using the on board graphics chip? I'm planning to buy a graphics card later, but at the moment I'm using only the graphics chip that is on the mother board. So far, it is doing a fine job. My computer has a Intel chip and have six gigs of memory with a Pentium 2.7 duel core prosesor. The Trainz version is Trz 6 sp 1. It takes a few minutes to load a big route, but once loaded, it runes real smooth most of the time. I thought that it would be interesting to see how many people are running the game this way. I may be the only one. Even so I'm happy with what I have. Trainz is a great piece of soft ware.

Hi I also use the onboard graphics of my computer. I have a Gigabyte GA-73PVM-S2H motherboard; 4 gig of memory and a Pentium dual core E5200 processor clocked at 3.34 GHz. I run 2006/2009/2010 with no problems, even with the detail set fairly high it’s still smooth. My thought is; “if it’s not broke and it does what it’s supposed to do, then don’t try and fix it.

Have fun
