????Sounds intriguing, but what do you me by "Spend lots of time in surveyor?"
As my plate tends to fill up fast, I get about 3 or 4 hours a day to Trainz. Family, work, other projects, Trainz, all things biding for my time. Often in that order too.
As for details, just look at my Saginaw sub thread. Its my current project and what is taking up all my Trainz time. Some where on one of the back burners I have a DEM request, and even further back is sleep.
I do meet most of the other requirements, with spelling be a weak point of mine. (Thank you Firefox and your spell checker!)
Give me a few photos of an area, and I can make it happen...or at least get close.

Anyway, perhaps it is a internet fad. Still doesn't belong here, but hey, that group of 8 or 10 people has more say than the 30 or 40 some of us that want it out of here.

I'm a bit bored making farms but only have 2 yards and 63 Miles to go! At the moment I would not mind fixing up a few routes.
