I recently visited the near by where i live Surfers paradise QLD and our new 14 KM light rail is well under construction with catenary's Viaducts and bridges also nearly finished and several areas of Compleated track. Its really Exiting for us here to be getting such an Amazing modern transportation system. It would be hard work to Failfully Re-create something that is not yet finsihed in trainz, but i wonder if i could get the DEM for the Gold coast and give it a go?. Its now possible to see the Entire route and the roads the Light rail tracks follow from end to end and it would be just so much fun to ride the network before it opens in Trainz. What would be even better is if N3V Build the line and released it in the next version of trainz as a showcase to its new Capability's?.
It all would be a FUN Project to do and i wonder if i could create the route before the real route opens. Its possible also to get basic Textures of the Trams from illustration BMP Files on GoldlinQ's Web site, but i never masterd creating Trains or Trams.
Another thing id love to see is Sydney's Tram and Rail Network in Trainz, But i understand that would be a Major Feat to say the Least, i rekon N3V should offer Sydney, Melbourne and perth as DLC as well as city's like New York, London or in Each country's Flagship City with Rail Networks.
