I had a Gold Pass in 2023 & tried to renew it in Jan 2024. I ended up getting a FCT But 2 days ago I was finally billed for the gold pass but Trains 22 etc are not working. It will load the first screen then stop? I would appreciate if someone ccould advise me how I can rectify this .
