My first attempt in Trainz, modeled in Pro-Engineer, textured in Blender. The textures are from Evans Design Model Builder.

Model Builder is a program to make cardboard and paper buildings for "solid" model trains. I bought the program when I had my On30 empire. That texture is from their free sample from the Model Builder webpage.

Now I have to improve the model with overhangs and a porch roof and floor.

Nice period piece. Perhaps you should make separate models; as is, as is with overhang, as is with porch roof, etc... A few texture tweaks and you could get 4 models out of it!
