GMax and 3DSMax (And any other modeling program) screenies/renders

Hi guys
I've just uploaded a set of DeLorean's (no visible changes, except one has lights, and another if for traffic). These use the m.tbumpenv material, so if anyone wishes to have a play at night with it, these will do it :)

I did find that, since it matches the sky texture, it will look a lot better at night. Purely because it's not a random reflection texture :)

Small update on my current project. Finished baking the main texture, on to mapping then baking the 'bogies' :) Then to all the other stuff :)

I love the "USA" on the fuel tank, along with the American flag. Going with sawyer's imagination, why not add a few automatic guns mounted on select spots to discourage trespassing on railroad property? Although, it wouldn't look right. After all, the locomotive was painted to be a sort of moving memorial of those who serve and die in our armed forces. Regardless, I believe Justin did a spectacular job. If that hits Jointed Rail as payware, I am sure there will be plenty of hungry buyers to bring in business.

I'd like to point out the great detail of the rust and streaks down the locomotive.

iceman2117,
Looks like you have your next great creation in full bloom. What model Mercedes-Benz is that truck? I want to see if I could take a look at it's prototype. You did a great job with the photo textures.

Cheers,
Joshua

NS37... Can I suggest a ground texture to go with it? :P

On the other side of the world, I spent this evening working on my steam loco some more... Basically finished the basic paint, next is to detail it... Thankfully, this class of loco has only a small number of visible rivets :)

OK, Zec, seriously, thats AWESOME. That's going straight to My Pictures and maybe even my Desktop, that is really nice. Will we see other liveries or is it just Red? Keep it up Zec, loco forward to tesing that.

I'm been very tempted by that... I'm thinking of building two in HO scale. One in Canadian Red (as above), and one in 'ZR' blue and gold :)

However the real ones only wore two liveries. Canadian Red, and 'black' (all over black, possibly with red buffer beams, maybe...).
