GMax and 3DSMax (And any other modeling program) screenies/renders

Nice! Can I have one in yellow, please!

As for Blender, another thing that speaks greatly for it is the price. Is that Blender's own renderer or are you using a 3rd party gadget?

Thanks :) && silver only:p Also that is a 3rd party renderer:D

Mike thats in 3DSmax and this is in blender  I don't own 3DSmax because of the price and also why would I want to buy a model when I can get the satisfaction of finishing one myself:confused: Plus I havent textured mine yet:confused: Also that model has different wheels, I havent modelled the engine, or a full interior.

OK just for proof...I do believe you here but *just* to make sure. I have faith in you. ;) Can you show us a wire frame view of the car. Not a wire frame view render but the wire frame view of it in blender. Just to make sure :)

Doing this will prevent you in future problems...

Cheers mate,

I'm currently re-doing the interior on mine because looking at that model mines abit wrong :p And the Rims cam out far too much but anyway.
Unrendered and in wireframe as requested.

Hope that clears up any problems :)

Looks good so far however. The only problem is thats a render. I would like to request another as it's so good :)

A direct rear end shot of the car in its current state with wire frame enabled and without the background inside out sphere present and not a render...Bit much but with what work you have done at the moment you should be able to do it!

Don't be a worried to admit as we're not going to turn you in. Don't worry, we're just try to the best for you! This will prove if it is yours or not. No worries.

Sorry about this but I don't want you in court for this!

Cheers,
Mike

This bit rather confuses me  Also I did have a bit of help from my mate from school as this was my first model in blender :hehe: We've all got to start somewhere :p

I'm not sure what you are carrying on about here, to my untrained eye there are differences between rjl1993's model and the one in your link.
I would assume the same car modelled by different people would look similar if the skills are there.
Then again, I may be totally wrong :(

Where's the resident moderator when you need him.

Take your issue to PM and furthermore if it bothers you in any way to see this particular R8 render, then report it.

If you open the throttle and keep the speed as high as possible, a full tank of fuel will be empty in 17 minutes.

But the tyres will only last 15 :p
