Considering the livery chosen for preservation, the headlight is the least of what I'd change about it. As a railfan of that time period, it'd be much more interesting to me to see an engine carried out in proper Style 291 with a name and no number. Fortunately, NB&W 2 is at least getting that treatment, so we will at least have something better than Baldwin 26 within a few years.Trainboi1, Dan that SKOOKUM looks fabulous. The texturing looks great and the headlight is fabulous, the one thing I wish was different on the restored locomotive, prototypical ‘as delivered’ headlamp to match the livery the real locomotive. Just fabulous.

Out of them all the Class 83 is the most likely to get completed soon. I’ve got a weeks time of no school and pandemic-induced houseboundness so we will see how far that gets. The Class 40 is a more ubiquitous loco and thus I’ve been getting some criticism from another to get the shape right, which is slowly progressing.
yeah buddyThis should keep me busy for a while.
