Great start. Can I make suggestion. When making the cab, the front cab walls. Make the front cab wall to where it bends with the roof.

Like this. I know this is a peaked roof, but it's what I'm getting at. If I sound to vauge, give me a PM and I will see if I can explain it better.

Some progress on my 8-18d 2-6-0 locomotive. It's from the Baerfoot Locomotive Works, not the Baldwin. Thus some things are different lol.

Here is the overall engine so far.

Here is cab as a whole, showing most of the details.

And here is the Engineer's side of the cab. This shows a bit more of the detail.

Ok going back to what I said about this being from the BLW "Barefoot Locomotive Works". From my viewing of narrow gauge baldwin cabs from the 1800s, most of them did not have a turret, "manifold". I just think a locomotive looks off with out one. Knowing the locomotive works, with all their appliances and such. I linked all the valves and lines accordingly. Note the is not all done, and some more stuff will be added. Mainly all the piping for now is done.

That is bad(

Not really; it won't show up as well in-game. Believe me, I can find the polys on almost any round face...it isn't worth attempting to obliterate them, because unless it is painfully obvious, added polygons on curves are simply wasted polygons.

New whistle valve. I'm trying to make my locomotive look better than I have in the past. I'm trying to up my own standards. I have more coming. It just takes time for me to focus and make progress.
