GMax and 3DSMax (And any other modeling program) screenies/renders

atsf 4-8-4 either 2900 class, 3765 class, or 3776 class, all were practically the same other than weight and materials used and other small details

And so an American locomotive was built for Trainz without a sand dome. And there was much rejoicing.

Guessed by two people, and only two, whom I have sent PM's to. I have decided not to go around announcing what it is in case I can't finish it. But it is pretty easy to figure out by looking at previous posts.

Something I've been working on for a while now. A huge thanks goes to ATSF854 (Matt) for allowing me to use his mesh, basically the whole thing is his fantastic work. I've heavily remodeled the cab front, radiators, nose plus some other bits and pieces, and of course remapped and baked the whole thing.

Very nice work Tom, and Matt! :)

I rather look forward to these, although more so the Mk1 and Mk2 Xs :) Makes me want to have another go at some VR diesels now! :)

It is a Coffin Feed-water Heater. When locos were built new with them, it was usually inside the smokebox; But when retrofitted to a locomotive, it often ended up in the place seen above, due to space constraints.

TweetsieDude, that 2-8-0 is beautiful as always, and jacksonbarno that engine with the coffin feed water heater it beautiful, a nice looking berk.
