GMax and 3DSMax (And any other modeling program) screenies/renders

First full-scale model in Blender 2.75a - Manitou & Pike's Peak Cog railway steam locomotive. Needs some additional detail work and some physics applied to it, but this is a good start. (Large Image)

Oh my gosh, railroad sleepers, you have just made me into love. For all the time I have been in trainz I have wanted a cog engine other than the purple Thomas one. I have mentioned M&PP, Nilgiri, WWRW, and others. I am so excited. You rack loco looks absolutely beautiful.

That station looks amazing. I love the bay window. Please tell me it will be brick with a wooden bay, as I have a model railroad I want to bring to trainz with a station almost exactly like that.

Great station though.

Had some time today after my practical exams to work on something for Central Division.

Further work on Mount Morgan Railway Station; it is a long slog with this building but she is on the final straight home to be completed and it just the fiddly bits to complete. It is honestly, the biggest thing I have built in my time for content creation and it will be the highlight of my route once completed. The following outlined below has been undertaken;

- Corrected length mesh of 1912 extension in line with new diagrams.
- Adding of Window Louvres & Glass
- Interior Panelling and corrected beams
- Station Masters, Lavatories, Booking and Parcel Office Furnishings attached as a separate lod submesh to cut down the polys.
- Commenced work on the parcels office porch detailing
- Added passenger waiting area, with bench and platform gates.

All that remains now; is the main porch and beam brackets along with the wood details which I will attach as a LOD submesh; platform designation signs (for SM/Parcels ect) and veranda handrails. I will be added period Australian/Queensland advertising posters on the station to give it a realistic 1950s/1960s feel. Hopefully when this building is finally complete; I can commence work on the original 'Standard' Queensland Railways Carriage Shed and the post 1912 example for Mount Morgan.

A new timber crate load that I've been working on. Each crate, or stack of crates, is 4ft x 4ft x 4ft. I'm going to play around a little more with the textures, especially on the two larger crates. I'm thinking that I can now make a few stacks using the parts in the existing stacks to create a decent 'selection' of meshes :)

Those consolidations look great Dusten. The changeable stack, box headlight, and all the other details, it represents my favorite era of history/railroading so well (1870-1930).

you can make the size of 5.5 * 5.5 * 5.5 feet(or 6*6*6) and fill at DLS? really need is for my cargotram)
I can certainly give it a shot, most should scale fairly well for this :)

Which would you prefer, 5.5ft or 6ft (I rather like 6ft, as it's a nice round number :) ).
