GMax and 3DSMax (And any other modeling program) screenies/renders

That's a 1-C-0 for us continentals. Looking very British that one and makes me think of the legendary "Night Mail". The British locomotives were like their sports-cars; sleek and elegant whereas their German counterparts looked brutally efficient. I don't really know which school of design is my favorite, but I definitely appreciate your craftsmanship.

It's a 2-6-0 in the U.S.A. Trainboi, although I'm not really a European fan when it comes to railroading, I must say that that is absolutely splendid work!

Europe - the home of trains with steering wheels

Just a few adjustments and some small items, but the general cab layout of a typical European shunter should be obvious.

I have never built this type of cab before, so I suppose naming the attachment points is somewhat tricky. Can you have two identical points or do you call them all in the same container, and how do you mirror the gauges etc? All help is welcome.

G'day Trainman7616,

...that's a great looking Oil Transfer Facility, Sir but I really must take you to task over the "wavelength" of the Corrugated material you have covering the small 'open' booths at the front of the image (unless you have proof that the 'material' you have provided, really does exist). I know of no "Corrugated" material used in construction, worldwide, that has a "wavelength" of the full 1' [30 Cm] you show being used on your structure. The 'standard' "wavelength" for Corrugated Iron used Worldwide is no more than 3" (that's the distance from peak to peak - or trough to trough). The only material of this type used in construction with a greater "wavelength" was the now abandoned Corrugated Cement Sheeting (due to asbestos being used in it's manufacture), which had a "wavelength" of about 5 or 6 inches. I really would ask you to rework the roofing over those booths to make the whole appear more realistic. I would also ask you to consider the 'provision' of a circular cage around the ladder that ascends the vertical tank, which would be required by any country's Occupational Health laws from since the 1980's (and would have been supplied prior to this, anyway). I feel these minor modification will add that extra bit of realism this model needs...

...otherwise, continue the excellent work...

Will take those modifications into consideration. I plan to scrap the "corrugated" texture for cement. I only needed it there for the render. I will definitly add on the cage around the ladder and rework the roofs over the pumps.

Thanks

Wow, you are back Neil...great. Nice top notch stuff. I have send you a couple of message in the past two years but without reply and was worried about you. College first ! Do you have a release date for this babe ? Any release date for the S-13 ?
