GMax and 3DSMax (And any other modeling program) screenies/renders

AS-16 my friend! :cool::Y:

PLEASE build the non-reading version of the -16 that had the normal fuel tank under the frame instead of in the short hood as well: My beloved MKT had a few of these back in the day, I'd kill to be able to reskin one (although my attempt at reskinning JR's Baldwin S-12 into one of the Katy's units of that class kinda fell flat on it's face...so, yeah...)

Back to the show folks!

Someone mention Baldwin? ;)

They certainly made the valve gear complicated on their Vauclain Compounds!

Generic Australian Streetsign

G'day!

Here is my mock up of a generic street sign commonly found on streets and roads all across Australia.

This is my first proper attempt to model for Trainz and this would not have been possible without the help of several people whom I am proud to have as friends.

Try guess the reference!

Cheers!

Jake.

Nice Mick, What do you use to texture the loco?
Thanks David, Yes i use Photoshop but usually try and find good well lit pic's of the loco in question to copy the colour's mate if that's what you mean.
Cheers Mick.

Yup, find a bunch of well lit pictures of your unit and average out your RGB's and you should get a fairly solid color to use. If I stored all of my RGB codes in a word file or something on my comp, I'd have a heck of a paint library. Could be helpful to many other users. Could be a future addition to TNSR.
