GMax and 3DSMax (And any other modeling program) screenies/renders

They are very beautiful.. (They are perhaps the ugliest pieces of machinery ever made.. Few objects look as awesomely ugly as those did)

my god, that thing looks like it has polys off the scale.... o.o

hi, ...

It's always the same with the people when they have no idea of the 3D matter.
22,000 polygon are for this engine a clear masterpiece.

If they can not sell enough in Trainz, then they should export the locomotive in RailWorks.
There they are, the locomotive for 20 €uro being torn out of your hand.
Just because it is German DB material.
And 22 000 Polygones are correct size.

Vold --

After seeing your latest masterpiece, I've searched for and installed your c36-7i 1515.

It might be an old one but, hey, it's excellent.

Answering questions. For the F40PH, nobody asked :D, now, :D . I need to rescale it because after reiinstalling MAX to register it with the student license, the units were wrong and now the model is giant, very giant. So i need to rescale it and i will finish the bogeys and i will launch a beta. But the F40PH will be restarted, but there will be a beta
For the Amfleets. Yeah, they will have doors, that will open the upper door at station like normal doors, left-right, and the low door will open as pantograph, as diesel lines doesnt need it :D. It will have interior, now modelling, brake status lights. And will come in the Three Phases, along with some new Horizon Coachs :D . To run them on the hiawata. And if somebody helps me finding info about the NY Dinner Amtrak Heritage i will model i. I have diagrams and drawings but i dont have specs :S
And for the cabcar. This started as a Metroliner project, still on, but first i want to finish this, and then attach the cab. There are a lot of drawings and info. Its only to change bogyes and some little details :D
So after finishing the doors, because Trucks are 90% done and exterior body 80% too. I will test how it look with the cabcar :D
I only will need help with the ARN :D
one thing to consider if you're doing the IVb metroliner "cab" car (more of a tail car) it doesn't have the diaphragm and is flattened off, I found pictures if you need them :D thanks for everything you've been making for the trainz world Ivan :D

Did some kit bashing today to create this awesome thing.

I honestly have no Idea what railroad would own this thing, any ideas?

looks like something conrail would run but like the EF4 I can see Amtrak towing dead rhinos and acela sets with them. looks like a genset/GF6/SW I have to assume that's based on your GF6 ATSF? regardless it looks amazing.

@Steve 123 Very good bridge. Looks like a lot of time and effort has been put on it :D . Keep it up m8

@Conrail123 Loving that engine. I want to see it in conrail scheme :D

And returning to work. Because im going to be off for 10 days :D
Ca-ca-ca-cab carrrr

The reason of no thread for them. Because i dont want to end as a lier or beat the biggest unfinished projects record :hehe: . If i get them in game, there will be a thread :D

Greetings

Awesome work Ivantr. This looks so real. It's amazing how you can work on the NJT bilevel, metra bilevel, metra f40, amtrak amfleets, and amtrak metroliner all in a pretty short time frame with one of the more difficult modelling programs, gmax.

I have wanted Conny's rolling stock (especially the MARC stuff) since I got involved in Trainz- they've become my white whale, and I know a lot of other people want them too. Great to see what you've managed to get made so far, Ivan. It will be nice to see that you will have one-upped it by making the newer versions! (Even if it is not in MARC paint!) I've only recently discovered this thread, and it is great to see what you guys have created.

one side = EPIC!!! other side = nnnnot so much, but the windows is good

Ivantr, good stuff!!!! but do u even know how to make the cab car driveable?
