GMax and 3DSMax (And any other modeling program) screenies/renders

How different are these from a PRR H-39 3 bay? If the differences aren't too big, you could certainly do that

H39s are noticeably different. 3' shorter and 15 panels vs 17 in the PS-3. Ladder and end arrangements are different as well.

Another cool hopper. WM had a somewhat similar car (their only 4 bay) which was built with side panels of various alloys to see which was most corrosion-resistant. It was in dedicated service to a particular customer because that was the only rotary dumper big enough to handle it.

Paul Hobbs is your man there: http://44090digitalmodels.co.uk/tutorials/blender1.html Take my recommendation, this is the easiest way I ever found to model: Download those tutorials, then lose internet for 3 days. Trust me, that works big time. I know it sounds a little crazy, but I became a great modeler thanks to an open mind and two very dead internet routers. And needless to say, no, you don't have to just wait for your router to die, or even shut it off, it just helps a lot when you're utterly bored apart from Blender! XD

Is that the grey/white one? If so, I've seen models of it before, but I thought it was a manufacture taking creative liberties.

I believe it was first painted white (to best show any corrosion) and then black, and eventually saw Chessie paint.

They are not called ALCo or Baldwin trucks regardless, but Baldwin was much more apt to use them.
