GMax and 3DSMax (And any other modeling program) screenies/renders

I want to make the CFCLA/SSR ones first Dave then maybe work back from there the more modern type of schemes i think i can handle but the older Candy/Tuscan with the stripes i can see being a right pain mate. Plus i will have to raise the valances on the side i think there called so that would expose more of the frame which would need more work.
Mick.

LOL i think Zec already has that covered Jamie. Thanks everyone for the comments hopefully this will be the first of my million projects to actually make it out the door.

Still poking away on this.

Cheers Mick.:)
Pardon a little stupid question, Mick, but what kind of locomotive is that??? (I still have a lot to learn, hehe)
Whatever it is, it looks awesome :).

@ mchawkman: Awesome work on your locomotive also.

Nope, no high cab T's from me :) Not overly interested in them, compared to the low nose (Series 4, nor the Series 5 versions lol), although I don't mind the 'series 2' T's (the earlier type high cab T's lol ).

Hey - my first post here :-)

For my Avery-Drexel-Route-Update I need some transportation for logging stuff.
Therefore I decided to create a set of 1953 to 59 Kenworth Trucks.
There will be a set of scenery trucks as well as some "drivable-trucks" - not mainly to be operated by users but just to create some "AL-logging-Trucks" moving logs from a forest industry to a RailRoad-logging-station. Eventually it all will support season change.

Here the screens from the first texture and mesh work results. I still need to improve the texture - especially to get a better changeover from the side and the back walls to the roof.

I estimated the dimensions. If anybody has information about the height, length, width or other dimensions of 1953 to 1959 Kenworth Trucks is would be very great to share this information.

Great plan mate anything we can do to help please yell out - have somewhere if I can find when I get home at weekend an offiical style guide from SSR in a PDF file - can send over (they might even send you the one for the 49 if you send an email and tell them what your want it for ) there pretty good guys like that.

PS the Valance IIRC were changed after the first 9 were built

Thanks for the offer Dave I'll get sum more done and send you sum better pics and we'll go from there if ya interested. For memory i think SSR still have a 49 Class with the higher Valance on them. I have the ARDP CD's with a fair bit of the SSR Locomotives so i should be ok for colour's but the Font is difficult to get right.
Cheers Mick.
P.S I have sum other detail pics of this over at Railpage Dave if your interested, Its in the Trainz Section mate.
