It is not a Secret.
You just need good Photo textures, they still optimize the image program.
With the UVW editor you can actually use only, Planar, Cylndrisch, ball-shaped, Shring, Area or World UVW.
The wrapper then UVW control points a little more correct and complete.
They can do it.
If all conditions are OK

no. more like "01standartroof.m.onetex"

"01standartroof" is the name.
".m.onetex" is a valid material type.
