Generic Tree Mode Debugger?

Have started getting this screen header followed by a list of all my trains on starting a drive session but the session seems to operate correctly when I ignore it. Anyone know what is going on? Possibly related issue is that quite often have to restart a drive session because the game time and controls do not appear on screen

OK have just found this is a rule and somehow got added to my session though don't understand why it lists my consists.
Any thoughts on why I often get no clock or controls when loading a drive session?

A bad script can stop the clock.

What is the other script called that gave you the screen header? Just wondering.
