In general, only HST run on High Speed Lines (300 KPH/186 MPH). Theoretically, freight trains could run on some HST, but the maximum admitted speed for freight cars is much lower than that figure.
There are very few cars that are authorised at 140 KPH/87.5 MPH; some intermodal cars can run at 120 KPH/75 MPH but most freight cars can only run at 100 KPH/62.5 MPH.
Even in the most favourable case (HSTs and 140 KPH/87.5 MPH freights) it would be quite difficult co-ordinating the movements of trains so different. Moreover, having freights running on High Speed Lines does not make many sense, since the time savings with respect to traditional lines would be negligible.
The only exception are the French TGV used for mail transport, but these obviously run at the same speed of any other TGV. Over the years, several HS freight services (using containers very similar to those used in cargo planes) have been proposed, but so far none has materialised.
