Can anyone suggest a good free website maker & hoster, if there are any?

Not sure about website makers, but Webs.com and Awardspace (which is who I use to power my tutorial site) are two good website hosters. Be aware though that Awardspace may not allow email forms to work on a free account.

GTW1226, are you aware that your site seems to be flash based? This means that some browsers will not be able to access your site properly due to plugin issues.
