Hey everyone. Just to let you know... There's this place that I started working at a couple months ago called SupportSpace. Basically it's like an online support center. You connect with an expert who will help you out with your problems, or the expert will help find you someone that can fix your computer problems.
I will be offering free online technical support to Auran users, up until the end of this year. Here's what you have to do:
1. Go to:

2. Click on the "Connect Now" button, if I'm available. My hours are mainly 12Noon up until Midnight, Pacific Time (-7:00 GMT for Daylight savings, -8:00 GMT for regular). Sometimes I'm on later than that.
3. A window should open up, much like one for an IM console. I'll start typing, and then you can respond, and make sure you give me your Auran screenname for the free session. My rates are typically $20+/session if you choose not to do the free session.
You can even use this for family or friend's computers or electronic devices that may have trouble. Just make sure you give me your Auran ID, that's it, and you have my services for free. You don't have to give me your credit card info, phone number, zip code, not even a first/last name!
By the way, this deal is only valid with me, and not with other SupportSpace experts. My case success rate is at about an 80%. So basically for every 5 cases I get, I can usually solve 4 of them.
