Fraud?

I purchased Trainz 2010 EE over 2 months ago. Paid for it on my charge card over 6 weeks ago. Posted a ticket requesting a ship date a while ago. As of today, no response or product!!!!!! If it is not shipping, I want a refund!!!!!! Is anyone working at Auran or did I just get ripped off?
 
Have you checked your order history? click on UserCP above and logon if it does not automatically log you on then click on Order History. this will show all purchases through the Auran store.

When you submitted a ticket, did you check the ticket status? I believe you have to click on helpdesk to check the status though I am not sure as I have never had to submit a ticket.

Please check those first. If you have ckecked them, how long ago did you place the ticket. It can take a while for the ticket to be acknowledged as the helpdesk is very busy due the server switch overs. The server switch could be a reason for the delay. Please be patient and check the ticket status.

I pre-ordered mine before TS2010 came out. It took a little longer than I would have liked but I got it. That's one of the disadvantages of buying retail boxed product from a small company, but I knew that when I bought and understood the risks. I empathize with your frustration and two months is a pretty long time, but your previous posts seem to contradict each other as to when you paid. Did you pay in January, as indicated in your March 30th post, or six weeks ago? That might play a role in things as vendors often do production runs based on orders. It's common to do one run every x number of months (my guess would be three months for TS2010) based on a product's order history and anticipated consumption.

Check your ticket by clicking on helpdesk above. When they moved servers a large number of tickets got lost which have recently been found so they are working their way through the back log. Sometimes their emoils get caught in spam traps.

I posted a ticket and updated it. Been in the forum and nothing but the 3 responces from you folks. Nothing from Auran like they either don't have control of their business or just don't care. Come on Auran, at least a responce!!!!!

We do apologise for the delay in replying to your ticket. We are currently working through a large backlog of tickets, and as such it can take some time for us to reply to some tickets at the moment.

It does appear that the order became stuck in our distributor's system, and as such they did not ship it. This has now been fixed, as per our reply to your ticket.

We do thank you for your patience on this matter.
 
OP... Heres an idea. Post a civilized query or question instead of accusing people of fraud? How does that sound? I got mine fine, and so did everyone else. If Auran existed to fraud people, then all of this including the fans would not be here would it?

And just to prove that you just jumped in feet first without even reading the thread properly, the OP titled the thread "Fraud?" note the question mark, it is a question not a statement.

Here's an idea for you, If all you want to do is bait people try doing it on some other forum, its not wanted around here!!!

I would think that any reasonable person would say he/she has a right to complain bitterly when someone accepts money for a product and has not delivered, or even contacted, after two months.
