Also, what kind you use of bogey? Like NS Dash 9's bogey by CNR or stay bogey same as UP C40-8's bogey?

Its a dash 8 it don't use the dash 9 trucks now if it was c40-9 be different

8) ...yes, many changes would have to be made to mod the C39-8...and while your at it, the C32-8!

By the way, the C40-9, uses the same trucks as the CW40-9...
