Frames Per Second

How can I get a display of the frames per second in Trainz 2019 while running a route? At one time I could see it in the top left corner, but not anymore. Thanks in advance.

From Launcher window “Developer” (at top) then “Show Profiler” - leave that window open and launch trains.

FYI, I use MSI Afterburner, which provides a more advanced, customizable info panel. (Including FPS)
