I have decided it is time to make up a set of tips which are aimed at smoothing over community relations here. These are all suggestions; no one is forcing you to read them or even follow them. There first one however is required (not by me but by Auran).
**MAKE SURE YOU ABIDE BY THE CODE OF CONDUCT(CoC).
General
*Try to be polite and use proper English (or the native language of that category). The default language for the majority of the board is English.
*Signature images cannot be taller than 100px, wider than 800px, and be more than 30KB. This is per the Auran CoC #18.
*If you find a thread or post that violates the CoC; use the Report button (
) located at the top of each post.
*This is an international forum. We do not discriminate, judge, etc people based on color, religion, political preference, disability, etc; as per the CoC #14.
New Threads
*Before starting a new post; use the search feature at the top of the page, to see if there isn't already a thread on your topic. See Bumping and Searching below.
*Understand that this is an International community and it may take several days for someone to reply to your thread. Not everyone is online 24/7.
*Keep your new threads in the correct forum section. Screenshots go in the screenshot forum, help goes in the help forum, etc.
Bumping
*When bumping a thread make sure you read it first to ensure that what you are asking or commenting on hasn't already be covered in it.
Replying
*Make your replies on topic. If the thread is about an error in CMP; don't ask stuff in it about some route a poster is working on.
*Personal correspondence between you and someone should take place in a PM not in someones thread.
Quoting
*Be kind and try not to quote screenshots. The only exception to this is when the original poster has posted a collection of screenshots and you are asking about only one.
Screenshots
*Remember to adhere to the CoC: Screenshots cannot exceed 800x600 outside of the Screenshots forum (CoC #18)
*When Starting a thread about screenshots it is considered good etiquette to start the thread off with a screenshot.
Searching
~~To be done on later~~

I will continue to update this as time goes on.
