Foray into track design

This is my first serious attempt at track design. These are for tunnels or smokeless zones. Technical info, flat-bottomed rail held by coach screws. I've put the thread here being unsure about reception in freeware. Here they are:-

Ties are too narrow, and tie spacing should me double as close together, than yours are.

Ties are the same width if not bigger than some track already available and spacing is 2m centres as some others are. The difference there is they vary from 4 to seven ties per 2m. Other than that, anything else?
