For 04 & 06 they both run on low end integrated graphics laptops ... but buying a laptop with a non-motherboard mounted, plug in (replaceable), dedicated 1-2GB, video card is recommended.
I am unsure of 04 and 06 patch's, where they are located, or if they are needed ?
If you really want a PC, get a Windows PC, preferably not a DELL, and preferably not a MAC.
Get a $800 gaming desktop, or re-build an old desktop, so you can retrofit it for @ $400, with a high wattage power supply, and a expensive video card.
Get a 64 bit Windows PC, then you can run T:ANE.
04, 06, 09, 10 and 12 still run on 32 bit OS.
