Floating coal in tender

Hi,

There are two challenger tenders #3979 and # 3997 where the coal surface is to high, see picture.

Is there a way to correct that?

Already brought up in a thread somewhere, look for bill69 I think it was.

The way I fixed it was going into the config file and changing the starting coal amount, bring it down to around 80% and that should do it.
