flashing trees and bushes in Trainz 2009

Hi

Can anybody help, I have a problem with trainz 2009, wheh I run a session, some of the trees and bushes keep flashing on and off, does anybody know why and how to solve it. If anybody can help I would be most grateful.

Use "compatability" mode.

Compatibility mode won't do the trick for some of the older content. I'm running '09 in compatibility mode and still get a lot of flashing from some of the forest splines, etc. It has to do with how '09 handles alpha channels or something like that in the asset. Supposedly '10 does this better, but I haven't installed my copy yet (waiting for a patch to come out that isn't as full of problems as SP2).
