The website states the following

"First Class Ticket accounts will receive better access, as well as faster download times. To view current download rates click on the graph displayed to the right. Download rates may vary from graph due to INTERNET traffic and location."

How do you justify the cost of a First Class Ticket if the daily download is only 100 MB a day. I tried to download a scenario the other day and it was 146 Mb. Now I did not have anything to do that day on this computer so I just started the download to consider buying a Ticket a sometime in the future. So instead of downloading 100 MB in just a few minutes I took several hours. If I cannot download more than 100 Mb a day why pay??????

Another scenario I wanted to download was over 300 MB and that would take three plus days. Not very friendly to new users who want to get into this game.

Well back to FlightSim X and my PMDG 737NGX

Well back to FlightSim X and my PMDG 737NGX

There is no 100MB limit with the FCT.
To see the benefit, you need to:

A) Ensure that once you've purchased your ticket you have actually enabled it.

B) Either wait 24 hours for the server to reset, or retype your login credentials in Content Manager.

This will reset your login on the server, and will hopefully (99.9999% of the time) allow your ticket to work right away.

C) You do not have any old content left in your download queue.

All these items have to be gone for your ticket to become active.

If there is no limit when using the Ticket it should say so as part of the description of the service.

It used say something ages ago, or perhaps I'm mistaken unless there's some changes I'm not aware of. Over the past few days, I have downloaded over 500mb of data with a good chunk last night. T

Hey Ive just purchased an FCT (yesterday infact) so i can access the dls, which I now can, however my content manager is still showing that i have no FCT, my DLS access activated imeadiately tho is this normal?

Once you've activated your FCT via your profile, it can take anything up to 48 hours to actually show up. If it's still not working after that point, then there may be an issue. One possible fix is to clear your username and password from CMP and save, re-enter those details and save again. Seems to be a common glitch.

maybe the first place to be if you have an issue is the support centre and raise a ticket... get help its your money they are wasting..
 
If a FCT is not activating properly, or you want to use it before the 24-48 hour time it takes normally, try the following:

1.Change your password in your Planet Auran profile (Not Content Manager) - you can re-enter the same one, although if you do change it to a different one, you must update the relevant details in Content Manager and possibly the Trainz Options box.
2.If using Content Manager, clear your Download Helper list.
