hi all hope somebody can help i ordered a first class ticket but part way through the webpage timed out so i had to start again which went through no problem but now i have had an email from auran saying the transaction was not completed but after looking in order history it shows that i have my first class ticket but also have one saying awaiting paypal confirmation i assume this is the first one that timed out. will the one waiting for paypal automaticly cancel after a while without being paid? or do i have to try to get in touch with auran to get them to cancel it.
thanks for your time

Did your previous FCT expire ?

Can you now download at a FCT speed of @ 375 kbs ?

How many days does it say you have on your FCT in the CM ?

At the Planet Auran webpage under "Tickets" did you click "Activate" ticket ?

I would wait a bit before ordering again, and possibly paying twice, for a FCT

i still have a first class ticket active until 8th of june and also have one that is not active yet until i press the activate button so everything is as it should be but it is just this ticket in order history that hasnt been payed for that concerns me

Again, I would wait a few days to see if the first payment went through.

As your FCT expires on June 8th ... if you purchase a FCT on June 9th, it should go through in minutes, as long as the sycronization of your time zone coincides with Australian time zone, during their regular work day hours of operation. A weekend purchase, over a holiday may be delayed, as well as a Australia night time transaction may take the next working day. Who knows maybe they have a night time worker at the helpdesk processing FCT & transactions ? ? ?

I found that a major credit card works instantaniously, and the currency conversion is automatic.

My FCT was active within minutes, and a 1 year FCT works out to @ 5 cents a day ? ? ?, for @ $22 USD.

Keep checking your tickets status in the mean time.

And if you have paid twice, and your billing reflects that ... contact the helpdesk should you get double billed.
