Ok, I can see that happening but that still doesn't tell me why a username of 'iufviehviurhv' will fail immediately, while 'hiballer' will hang forever; unless you are actually saying that 'iufviehviurhv' is checked ON MY COMPUTER against the prior value of 'hiballer'. Is that right? I can monitor my outgoing network traffic and see that 'iufviehviurhv' is actually sent to the servers.

EDIT: No big deal anyway because I've been unable to access the DLS despite having a FCT. Trouble chit submitted.

I had bought a First Class Ticket for my son and his 2010 Trainz Game. This has been a complete waste of money!!! Everyday and every time we try to download anything, we are told that we can not!!! I am sorry but if you have not yet invested in this game, do yourself a favor and find another type of train game to invest in.

CM for 2010 works fine now, downloads at 375Kb.

CM for 2006 fails. "server appears to be busy try again later"

CM for 2009 tells me "I don't know who you are"

You're batting .33 right now.

This is after applying all the tricks listed by all the contributors to all the threads. Still fails. My Help Desk tick has been submitted and should remain active. Something is really goofed up if one CM can get through, the other tries, but fails, and the third one hasn't a clue who I am.

@Auran_Admin:

After messing about for almost an hour I finally have all three CM's working; HOWEVER, for some unknown reason CM for 2009 has now started a VERY ANNOYING beep coming from my computer speaker. NOT the speakers for the sound system, but from the tiny speaker inside the case.

No changes to the CM Options will affect this - even using the "silent ding" WAV file for every CM action. I am not sure what is causing this; be it CM itself or some weird problem with my system but it started at the same time my 2009 CM started working properly.

HiBaller, thanks for the update. With the beep coming from an internal speaker, this may be a temperature or RAM issue.

First Class ticket

Judging by the amount of posts on this subject, there is no doubt that there is a problem. My FCT has been extended for 30 days but still get the server full message. Anybody got a definitive idea what the problem is instead of guessing? frankly I am getting fed up with this, I think there needs to be an explanation of the problem fom Auran.

Did'nt they upgrade their servers some time in the recent past?

Yes, the servers were upgraded prior to the Christmas break and since we have resumed work, work has been done to improve services for the Trainz community.

NOTE:
Due to peak loads, the FCT access occasionally is not updating. We are working towards rectifying this issue. Till then if you have a First Class Ticket and issues downloading, please contact support.auran.com
