First Class Ticket

Hi, not sure if anyone can help as it maybe a helpdesk problem, BTW i have posted my ticket there and is still waiting for a reply(over 7hrs) :(

My problem is I went online last night to buy a FCT 90 days worth but when I did it, it created a whole new profile for me(this one), so now I'm stuck with two profiles one with my FCT regestered under it and one with my Trainz Classic 3rd Edition serial registered to it and now i cannot access the FCT as its on a total new profile and I cannot register the serial again for Trainz Classic 3rd Edition is their anyone oh here that works for Auran and can advise me on what to do or can fix my problem?

There is a slight backlog of tickets for the help desk as far as we know. Maybe send Zec Murphy a PM as he might be able to help.
 
The "slight backlog" is several hundred queries.......and only Zec to answer them, so be prepared!

As no version of Trainz appears in the profile you are using here, can you access the other, real, profile and activate the FCT from there?
Perhaps post from that profile into your own thread so we can see both profiles? (Bizarre, you could have a discussion with yourself......)

Hi Originalwelshborder, thanks for a reply this is my other profile I was talking about and I went into the settings and where it says FTC.... Activate now it dose not show in this profile :( and the resion it shows now version of tranz in the other profile is because I can only activate the serial to one profile.
