first class ticket

i have recently bought a first class ticket but it hasn't registered with content manager

Hi emma1980,

A FCT will take between 24 and 48 hours to show in Content Manager. You can try opening Content Manager, removing your username and password from the settings, closing it, re-opening and re-entering your details.

I was going to ask that as well. First Class Tickets must be manually activated, and the download helper list must be cleared.

Hi Emma,

As Ron said, you need to activate it in your Planet Auran Download Tickets section first. Thereafter here is what you need to do:

Close CMP and Trainz completely.
Go to Planet Auran, change your password and save.
Now change it back if you so wish.
Then log out of Planet Auran, and back in again.

Now start CMP again. Assuming your Planet Auran details are filled in correctly in Settings, your FCT access should be live almost immediately, no need to wait a couple of days.

Did you login to Planet Auran? You don't have to change your password, just look on the left hand side of the page and there should be a list of options...account options, Online Shop and one that says Trainz. Under that is " Download Tickets" . Click that and it should show your ticket with and activate button. If the ticket you bought isn't there then something went wrong with the purchase.

If the ticket isn't showing, contact the helpdesk.

i know what i've done, ive bought it for the wrong user name, however i cant reregister the version of trainz again on the username that the first class ticket is on, unless i can transfer the first class ticket to the right username???????

The only way you can sort that out is to contact the Helpdesk and include both usernames.
