I just purchased a First Class Ticket because I like to download some of the created routes. However, today while downloading a 600 MB route, the whole process stopped at 100 MB saying I had reached my quota of 100 MB for the day. What am I supposed to do - download over 6 days or forget about larger downloads? Any help will be appreciated! Also, is there a site for Tech support from the company or is everything in the Forums? Thanks!
