I thought that the FCT was supposed to speed up my downloads, yet I'm still stuck at 5kbps even though it is activated. Granted it is still a new activation, but it still reflects in the Content Manager giving me unlimited download. It expires 21, May 2013

Clear the helper, close cm and re open.

Select all the items in the download pane and right click any item and choose View in Main List. Then choose Save in the Search pane, and select a name.

When you re-open CM, click the tab for the search you saved. The items will list in the main window. Do Ctrl+A to select All and then right-click any item and choose Download. The list will be transferred back into the download pane.
