First Class Ticket Issue

Hi

I have Trainz 2009, registered so everything ok. I bought 90 day First Class Ticket a week ago and activated it. It worked for a while. I am log in today, but it keeps tell me cant find Auran account. if I eventually get in, it show that I am on day limit, and do not show the first class ticket. Also download speed is very slow. Seeing I payed for the first class ticket, I cant use it. How can this be fixed? Otherwise Auran must cancel my first class ticket and refund my money. I can't pay for a service I did not get.

It depends on how long you've used it for. It will work for the amount of consecutive days stated.

It sounds to me like an authentication server issue. As I write this, it's well into the weekend in OZ, so it might not be resolved until Monday.

Ok, that meens I lost 3 days use of the service? Or are they gonna extend my subscription with the 3 days I lost, that I paid for?
 
Only Helpdesk will be able to sort that one out, although it depends on whether you had assets in the Download Helper panel at the time of activating the First Class Ticket.

I did that already. Cleanup Cookies the works, as I read in previous forums. It worked earlier today. Then I logout out, and when I later log in again, it don't work. This is not first time it happens to me, happen earlier the week also.
 
Cleaning up asset names from the Download Helper panel is not the same as cleaning up cookies/temp files. It must be done by clicking the Clear button on the Download Helper panel in Content Manager.

I Know Shane, thanks, But I did also clear the asset names from download helper. I did that plus cleanup of cookies and temp files. I I log into Download download station on the internet, it did show my first class pass, only in Content Manager it dont show

There is one other possibility. Close Trainz down completely, then follow the following instructions:

1.Click Planet Auran, then Edit Account.
2.Click the Edit link next to Password.
3.Re-enter your password into the boxes.
4.Click Save/Submit (it may be either of these names)

A note - if your password contains anything other than A-Z and 0-9 , you may have problems logging in to Content Manager.
