Before I discovered TRAINZ ... I had good eyesight ... but because of the "Confounded Blinding Yellow Compass" that can not be turned off, and teeny tiny numerals in surveyor, and the Blinding HOG 67 Aqua Texture, my eyesight is ruined.

I think your eyes might have been messed up already from a condition or something because after 2 or so years of trainz my eyes are still the same. You should stop using trainz if its causing you to go blind or go to a doctor to see what he suggests.

Yes indeed, was desperately hanging out for something to replace my model railroad, which, for a variety of reasons, I was unable to comtinue with. D/l the game from the Brainbombers site, found a password somewhere, also D/L a lot from 3td party wensites. Didn't quite atisfy me coz the whole thing was a bit too toy-like. It had one thing that Trainz doesn't have, n.l. when placing street, station, and other lamps, they actually lit up an area, while in trainz it is just a white circle on the ground.
