Find object function does not work

Today I have opened Trainz and in Surveyor when I click on "Find Object" the window with all object did not open, Later I have checked that the same happen in Driver mode.

I have closed Trainz, start again but the problem remains,

Some idea about the problem and how to fixit?

You might have to run a Quick Database Repair. You do this in Content Manager with TS12 closed.

There are two or possibly three problems here.

Having (against my better judgement) reinstalled TANE - and started work on a couple of routes, I observed the following.

First is that if you switch lists in the RHS pullouts there is a lag between the previous list (e.g. fixed assets) and the next list (spline assets) re-populating.

Second, the list constantly snaps back to the centre of the items, if you try and scroll it down or can get the picker to work.

Third, as noted the picker does not always grab the item you're clicking on desperately (had this yesterday with a tunnel wall spline).
