Fed up with TRS 09 and 2010

I GOT TS2010 INSTALLED BUILD 42953 AND I CAN NOT GET ANY OR THE UPDATE I NEED TO UPDATE I KEEP GETTING THIS MESSAGE Ready to install from local patch file. Current version: 42953.
Checking for available disk space for patching. Unpacking patch file... Patching from 42953 to 43434... Failed to patch builtin\1.ja, file contents do not match. Failed to apply the patch: 42953_to_43434. Patching aborted.
PLEASE HELP ME GET THE UPDATES OR ANYTHING ELSE I MIGHT NEED 4 THIS GAME...

Download and try and install this service pack (TS2010 SP3) manually; http://download.ts2009.com/patch/42953_to_44088.exe - can take several hours to install SP3, SO whatever you do, don't be impatient and interrupt the process. Otherwise you could be up for a re-install...

i tried it twice and got the same but i do have all the updates i seen and all of them giving me the same message or wont work @ all

Disgusted with Trainz 2010 Engineer's Edition

Trainz 2010 does not run on my system. I have plenty of memeory for the program to work. However when I attempt to run it my computer slows to a crawl & eventually freezes completely. Do I need to purchase a new computer or add more memory? This was an expensive game to buy & it does not run. Too many bugs & not enough support. Any advise would be welcome. Thanks much.

i have trainz 2010 in my pc and its running just fine i got vista 500gb - Hard drive 2gb - ram if u want try to upgrade ur ram the trainz should run just fine everything u have in ur pc run's off ur ram so if u upgrade the ram or new pc should work...

You also need a recent video card like GeForce GT240 or better.
