Basically this would be a height adjuster for bulk replacing stuff. Like track for example. Whenever I replace track there always seems to be floating bits because maybe the previous track had larger embankments. If we had a height adjuster for bulk replacing assets it would make it much easier to replace things that don't match in height by just saying that you want it -0.5 down or up 1 measurement as examples. It would make it way easier and quicker to build and update routes because of this instead of having to go through the entire thing checking everywhere for floating assets.
