FCT Question

Hey guys, i tried searching the forums for this, but no luck.

i just purchased a FCT like 10 min. ago. on the DLS it says I have to go to my plante Auran profile and activate it. I went there and didnt see anything.

So what am I supposed to do?

Hi overkill650,

FCTs do not automatically activate themselves.

Visit https://www.auran.com/planetauran/AT_display_tickets.php#FCT and click Activate next to the ticket you are activating.

It normally takes 24-48 hours to activate.

Make sure your download helper list in Content Manager is clear before doing this, and that Trainz is closed.

Profile > Download Tickets > scroll down to your ticket and activate it.

If it's not there yet try later as can take up to 24 hours to appear, my last one took about 20 minutes.

ok thanks guys. just activated it. lol. funny how Auran's abbreviation for expiration date is "Expiry" just made me laugh.
