FCT not activating

I have an FCT which I activated yesterday however even 8 hours later it is STILL not active..... whats the problem? I am running TS2006 on windows 7

Hi There.
I'm afraid you have to be very patient with the activation of first-class tickets. At the beginning of the year I was in the same situation having paid my renewal I expected the ticket to be activated within a few hours. Not so, it took about a week and that was following a complaint to the help desk.

Best thing to do I think, is wait a couple of days and then put in a very strongly worded e-mail to the help desk. I love Trainz and I am a strong supporter of Auran's policies. However,I have no sympathy or patience with any company who takes money from the public and then does not come up with the goods.

I have posted on that subject several times on these forums after seeing complaints from customers who have not received what they paid for.

There is no excuse for it and it must not be accepted.

Do you have items in you queue?

If you do, then the currently queued items wil still download slowly. Any new content, will download at the higher speed.

You can reset your account and password in Content Manger.
Go into your account setup screen, and renter your username and password. This will force the Planet Auran server to update your account information, and you should be all set.

Personally I've never waited more than a day for the account to be active.

Same here. I renewed my FCT in May and it was almost instantaneous. As soon as my payment was received by Auran, my expiration was extended by a year.

some times it take about 24 hours for the fct to kick in
