Favorites in Railyard & Surveyor

Question:I'm using Trainz 12 Build 61388 In rail yard I pick my Favorites,Green Light, But when I go to Surveyor-Rolling Stock,ALL the Engines and cars are listed.
I remember in previous versions of Trainz there was a button in Surveyor to pick all rolling stock or just your favorites.Is this feature gone,or am I missing something. Thank you

That was one of the things i hated about TS10. When i first got it, i didn't know how to shut that feature off. Use the filtering system and use "Rating = 5 Stars".

Ok,Next dumb question, Where is Ratings?
