Welcome to the forums and to the world of Trainz JustSoren.

The first step is to register your copy of TRS19 so that we know you are genuine and not a spammer (nasty creatures those). Click the Register link on the top menu bar of this page.

Next, since you have just installed TRS19 make sure that you have run a DBR (short for DataBase Repair). To do this start TRS19 and from the start "splash screen" select Manage Content instead of the usual Start Trainz. From the Developer menu select Repair Database. There is no guarantee that this will solve your problem but it is a good first step.

There is a more detailed description of the process on the Trainz Wiki at https://online.ts2009.com/mediaWiki/index.php/How_to_Perform_Database_Repairs

EDIT: Disregard all but the first two lines. My Blooper!

Except he doesn't have TRS19, he stated TS 2009 (free giveaway apparently). He may need to use the helpdesk to get that registered? As for doing a DBR in that version, hopefully someone knows the answer.

For some reason the freebie 2009 didn't register for me either. I never bothered to put a ticket in though.

Error with the script, suspect it's an old version, should be <kuid2:60850:89100:11> ACSlib for 2009 SP4. Either that or it needs deleting and re downloading.

Glad I saw this thread.

I hadn't seen the add TS2009 button on MyTrainz before, even though I had registered for the Newsletter a long time ago.

Installing :)

That item is not faulty, in TRS19 or T:ane. However it is probably too new for TRS2009 and you may need to install an older version. It is unlikely you downloaded it specifically, but part of something else?
