Faulty Assets-Cannot Find Reason

I took a break for a number of months from TS12...but I kept it updated with new releases from JointedRail and such. Today I purchased the new dash-9, installed and fired up my Needles Sub to check it out. The new engines where red, I needed to get some dependencies, but there were also lot of rolling stock that was showing as faulty, but when I run show errors and warnings it comes up clean, show dependant assets will show any session or consist this car is a part of. Where else should I look to fix this?

This is a common error with Content Manager. Find all the faulty stuff and validate it with View Errors and Warnings. The stuff that's left is truly faulty.

Then start Trainz again and it should work.
