Here,s two possibles.
1) you are running out of memory. Try reducing the number of object on the route (make a copy to do this) and see if that helps. 3 gig is almost a necessity on 2009, assuming that,s what you have.
2) A bad asset is causing the fatal error. No easy way to fix this other than going back over what you,ve used and deleting them one by one to see if you fix the problem.
