I am sure this type of problem has been discussed before but having a slow connection makes it difficult to go back over past threads to find a reference.
Using trs 2004 I have tried to download Ben Neal's "b282std Shay" engine from his site.When I try to go into Driver to use it Trainz crashes and I get a fatal error message with one part saying: c:\windows\system 32\ntdll.dll"
Have downloaded others of his engines with no problems like this.It seems to be 2004 compatiable like the rest.It works ok in 2006 by the way..All the dependencies seem to be present.
